Formed in 2001, the Center for Constitutional Litigation, P.C. has represented plaintiffs in precedent-setting, high-stakes appeals across a wide range of substantive areas. Our attorneys have argued before the Supreme Court of the United States, United States Courts of Appeal, and state appellate courts, including the highest courts of California, Connecticut, Florida, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Washington, and West Virginia. In addition, CCL attorneys handle complex litigation and dispositive motions in state trial and federal district courts, including in multidistrict litigation.
